PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT

CREATION FEE DEPOSIT: 50% of the creation fee is due at the pre-session consultation, the remaining balance is due the day of the session.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client should arrive 10 minutes early. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

TRAVEL FEE: There will be travel fee will be the standard national rate if the desired session location is further then 60 miles of zip code 22508

FACILITY FEE: If your desired shoot locations charges for professional photographs to be taken you as the client will be responsible for those fees, either you can pay the facility directly or it will be added to your creation fee.
