EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

CREATION FEE DEPOSIT: 50% of the creation fee is due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due the day of the session.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

TRAVEL FEE: There will be travel fee will be the standard national rate if the desired session location is further then 60 miles of zip code 22508
