IMAGE INFORMATION FROM ONLINE GALLERY - ONE ORDER FORM PER CLASS/GROUP

Individual Image number and class image number  will be located on the online gallery.  This is the image number that will be used with this order form.  If you do not plan on ordering a Class Photo there is no need to put the class image number in the form.

To order follow the simple steps.  

Step 1: Pick your package (if you are not ordering a package skip to Step 4, the ala cart pricing)

Step 2: Choose the sheet sizes for the individual photo of your packages.  Package A = 3, B = 2, C=1

Step 3: Choose the Class Photo size you desire

Step 4: Choose Individual Sheets (optional step)

Step 5: Choose Class Photo Size (optional step)
